You can delete individual posts, photos, and messages within the app at any time.
Kula is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, delete it, correct it, and receive a portable copy. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — no opt-out is needed. Sensitive personal information is not used beyond what CPRA permits. To submit a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
Categories collected: identifiers; customer records; cultural background (voluntarily disclosed); commercial information; device/network activity; IP-derived location; photos and voice messages.
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Nevada, and other states with consumer privacy laws may contact [email protected] to exercise any rights available under their state law. We will respond in accordance with your state's requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and sending an email or in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
